• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Any changes to your account details (phone number, email) must be reported to tk10 app immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Documents requested during the account verification (KYC) process must be submitted within 7 business days.

Betting and gaming services on tk10 app are available to users aged 18 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use tk10 app:

• Citizens or residents of countries where online betting is completely prohibited.
• Users whose accounts have previously been permanently closed by tk10 app.
• Employees of tk10 app or their immediate family members.

Tk10 app currently supports several mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Depositing into multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in both accounts being closed.

Tk10 app regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that must be met. Before claiming any bonus, you are required to read the full terms on the relevant promotion page.

• Standard wagering requirements for the welcome bonus range from 20x to 30x.
• Each user is entitled to claim a bonus only once — attempting to claim the same bonus twice will result in both bonuses being cancelled.
• While a bonus is active, bets may only be placed on designated games.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the applicable conditions have been met.
• Tk10 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on tk10 app. They are in place to ensure fair play and equal opportunity for all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash-Out feature).
• Tk10 app reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or the use of insider information is suspected, the relevant bets and winnings may be voided and forfeited.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk10 app. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using their funds.
• Using software or bots for automated betting.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Using tk10 app for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.

Tk10 app may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit documents requested during the KYC verification process within the given timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on an account.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@tk10app.click — the request will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled and valid balances returned before the account is closed.

Tk10 app believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We want every user to enjoy betting in a healthy and controlled way.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can set a cooling-off period to take a temporary break.
• A self-exclusion option is available if you need to permanently remove yourself from the platform.
